I had lost 5 pounds as a result of a diet and decided to further tone by using this. I must say I love this product. I do 2 to 3 programmes per day: a warm up and 1 to 2 exercise. In little over than a week I can tell the difference. Also, I started with a real low number of 5 and gradually raised it to the 30's. I've tried the 60's and aim to get there soon.
